Access to www.myexprogram.com (‘the Website’) will remain current while subscriptions are paid by the Provider (exercise specialist) in accordance with the www.exercisesoftware.com Subscription Agreement. The content of the Website is for the account holder only.

The User may use the Website for personal use in its entirety. The User may not export or distribute any of the content, including but not limited to exercise images, videos or exercise descriptors in any other form. The Website and its original content are the property of Lindsell Trust and are protected by international copyright laws. Failure to abide by these laws is a breach of copyright and legal action may be taken to protect the above party and its stakeholders.

The User is granted access to www.myexprogram.com free of charge in return for subscription (membership) fees paid monthly or annually by their Provider.

The User may stop using www.myexprogram.com at any time. Inactive account may have data deleted without notice.

Lindsell Trust owns the Intellectual property associated with the Website. All exercise programs and exercises added to the system remain the intellectual property of the creator (Provider).

MyExProgram.com & ExerciseSoftware.com use a series of security measures to protect the Websites and the data they contain. We will not share or distribute any personal or sensitive information unless required to do so be law, or without prior written consent.

The Website has been compiled in good faith. No guarantee is made as to the accuracy or completeness of any of the information contained in this Website. No responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the access or use of the information contained in this Website. It is the responsibility of the Provider to ensure exercises and activities are appropriate for the User. MyExProgram.com & ExerciseSoftware.com will not be liable for losses incurred due to loss of information stored within the Website.
